Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase for a full refund. The 14-day window applies only to your first paid subscription. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for the money-back guarantee. Cancellations You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation: • Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. • You will not be charged for the next renewal. • We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

2. Usage Credit Top-Ups

Top-up credits purchased outside your subscription plan are non-refundable once consumed. If you purchase top-up credits that you do not use, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from the top-up have been consumed. Top-up credits expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were purchased, in line with our Terms of Service. Expired credits are not refundable.

3. Marketplace Purchases (Future Feature)

Once our Marketplace is launched, purchases of third-party agents will be subject to a separate refund policy: • Refunds for Marketplace purchases must be requested within 7 days of purchase. • Refunds will be considered if the agent does not function as advertised. • Refunds are not available where you have substantially used the agent. The Marketplace refund policy will be detailed at launch.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances: • Subscription has been active for more than 14 days (excluding annual prorations). • Account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service. • Refund is requested for usage credits that have already been consumed. • Charges relate to value-added taxes that have been remitted to local authorities.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: [email protected] 1. Email us with your account email address, order or transaction ID, and reason for the refund request. 2. We will respond within 3 business days. 3. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days. The refund is returned to your original payment method. You may also request a refund directly through Paddle by replying to your purchase receipt email.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected]. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

7. Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive's 14-day cooling-off period, where applicable).
