Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: March 23, 2026 · Version 2.0
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and isn't allowed on the Prowex AI Agents Platform. It applies to all users, their agents, and any third parties operating on their behalf.
This AUP supplements our Terms of Use. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not use the Platform to generate, store, or distribute:
• Illegal content in any applicable jurisdiction
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance; reported to NCMEC and law enforcement
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfakes
• Content promoting terrorism, violence, or self-harm
• Hate speech or content that discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Disinformation, misleading content, or synthetic media designed to deceive
• Malware, exploit code, or tools designed to compromise systems
• Phishing, scams, or fraudulent schemes
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
• Use agents to spam, harass, stalk, or impersonate others
• Attempt to bypass Platform rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract Platform data
• Use the Platform for unauthorized surveillance or data collection
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is legally required
• Use the Platform to develop competing products or services
4. AI-Specific Rules
When building and deploying agents:
Disclaimers Required: If your agent provides legal, medical, financial, or tax information, you must clearly disclose that outputs are AI-generated and not professional advice.
Human Oversight: You are responsible for reviewing agent outputs and actions. Do not deploy fully autonomous agents in safety-critical contexts without human review.
Data Responsibility: Ensure any data you upload to knowledge bases or provide to agents complies with applicable laws and does not contain data you lack the right to use.
5. Third-Party Integrations
When connecting tools and MCP servers:
• Comply with each third-party service's own terms and acceptable use policies
• Do not use integrations to exceed rate limits or abuse third-party APIs
• Do not store credentials belonging to others without their authorization
• Respect the scope of permissions granted by connected services
6. Enforcement
We enforce this AUP through a graduated process:
First Violation: Written warning with explanation and remediation guidance.
Repeat or Serious Violation: Temporary account suspension (7–30 days).
Severe or Ongoing Violation: Permanent termination and, where legally required, referral to authorities.
We reserve the right to skip steps for severe violations (e.g., CSAM, active exploitation).
7. Reporting & Appeals
Report violations or appeal enforcement actions: [email protected]
We review reports within 5 business days. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the one who made the original decision. You will receive a written response.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email or prominent notice on the Platform.
